We used this bag two days and carried three small items and it fell apart. When I asked for my shipping label paid for they ignored me, $150 bag that didn't last 48 hours and I get to pay for the return. Expensive, pretty bag that is useless. Customer service is awful. I will NEVER buy anything here again.

Wish I could say I love this backpack. But it hasn’t arrived. Been sitting somewhere for over a week. Took a few days before customer service replanted to my email regarding the issue and told me to keep waiting.

I love everything about this backpack! It is definitely a little pricey but it is super nice quality! It has a ton of space and the adjustable straps are very easy to adjust. My favorite part is the tassle on the zipper. :)
