Shipping

Processing time from when orders are placed is between 1-6 days. After a collection launch, processing may take a few more days. We thank you in advance for your patience as we do our best to get orders packed asap. 

Shipping through USPS takes about 2-7 days 

Incorrect Shipping Address Entered

Please double check and make sure your shipping address is entered in correctly!! If incorrect, please email Hello@ErinMade.com to edit shipping address. We’d hate for you to not receive your order due to a minor mistake!

We are not responsible for an incorrect shipping address. If an order is returned to Erin Made due to an insufficient address, we will contact you by email and the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship the package.

Missing Package But Tracking Shows it is Delivered

Occasionally, tracking marks packages as delivered before it is at the address. Pls allow 24-48 hours after a delivery confirmation. Many times the package will be delivered within this time frame.

In the meantime...

-Check with neighbors, packages can be mis-delivered to a nearby door or mailbox. 

-Pls contact your local USPS and provide them with your tracking number. If you can speak to your postal person directly they may be able to give more information on to where and when the package was delivered.

If the package still is not recovered, pls visit USPS.com and file a claim. 

We ship with tracking numbers on all packages to ensure they arrive to each customer. Once we hand over shipments to the USPS, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of a package by the Postal Service. 

Exchanges

Most pieces are handmade, one of a kind and are very limited in the amount we release. We do not accept returns, but are happy to assist in exchanges if sizes/fit does not suit you ! Our exchange window is set to 15 days. We do not cover the cost of the shipping labels for exchanges.
