Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped the next business day. During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.
International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS. Delivery times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes.
Exchanges/Returns
Most pieces are handmade, one of a kind, and released in very limited quantities. Because of this, we do not accept returns, but we are happy to offer exchanges if the size or fit is not quite right for you.
Our exchange window is 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Please note: customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return shipping and the cost to send the new item.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange.
Care Instructions
Please refer to the care tag included with your order. All Erin Made pieces are handmade and should be handled with care.
- Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent
- Lay flat to dry
- Designed for light, everyday use
- Due to the handmade and hand-printed nature, slight variations in color and pattern may occur
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double check that your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. If your address is incorrect, please email hello@erinmade.com on the same day your order is placed to request an update and ensure it ships to the correct address. Please include your order number, first and last name, and the email address associated with your order.
Erin Made is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for purchasing a new shipping label and any additional shipping fees required to re-ship the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Occasionally, tracking may show a package as “delivered” before it has actually arrived. Please allow 24–48 hours after the delivery confirmation, as packages are often delivered within this time frame.
In the meantime:
- Please check with neighbors, as packages are sometimes mis-delivered to a nearby door, mailbox, or building
- Contact your local USPS with your tracking number for more information regarding the delivery
- If possible, speak directly with your mail carrier, as they may be able to provide additional delivery details
If the package is still not located, please visit USPS.com to file a claim.
We ship all orders with tracking to help ensure safe delivery to each customer. Once an order leaves our studio and is in the possession of USPS or the shipping carrier, Erin Made is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
