Wish I could say I love this backpack. But it hasn’t arrived. Been sitting somewhere for over a week. Took a few days before customer service replanted to my email regarding the issue and told me to keep waiting.

I love everything about this backpack! It is definitely a little pricey but it is super nice quality! It has a ton of space and the adjustable straps are very easy to adjust. My favorite part is the tassle on the zipper. :)
